Social Dog,Good Dog

Hi, I’m Cara Mandart, keeping busy during unemployment.  I volunteer my time for  the group who supports the homeless shelter animals at Virginia Beach Animal Control. The shelter is in bad shape, & its in an out of the way location, so the homeless pets are at a disadvantage. I decided to revamp their Facebook presence and start a Twitter account.  This has been successful , two years and over a thousand fans later, numerous of lives saved, even a new city  shelter campaign approved!

I have also given advice to others in various fields who have made valuable connections via social media platforms such as facebook, twitter, blogging and more. I can do a strategic analysis, make recommendations, and measure (the coolest part!) to track progress.

Need not only more, but the right volunteers?
